Payments, Refunds & Withdrawals
This policy explains how payments, refunds, wallet balances, and withdrawal requests are handled on G-Favour Networking.
1. Wallet Funding
Funds added to your G-Favour Networking wallet via payment gateways (including Paystack) are credited once the transaction is successfully verified. Users are responsible for ensuring correct payment details before completing any transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
All wallet funding, package upgrades, membership payments, and service-related payments are non-refundable once successfully processed, except where required by law.
3. Failed or Reversed Transactions
If a payment fails or is reversed by the payment provider, no funds will be credited to the wallet. Any discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
4. Wallet Usage
Wallet balances may be used for approved activities on the platform, including upgrades, purchases, and other supported services. Wallet balances cannot be transferred between users unless explicitly permitted by the platform.
5. Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals are subject to eligibility rules, including but not limited to:
- Completed account verification
- Accurate bank account details
- Compliance with platform policies
- Availability of withdrawable balance
6. Withdrawal Processing
All withdrawal requests are reviewed manually or automatically before approval. Processing time may vary depending on verification requirements, system checks, and banking institutions.
7. Rejected Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be rejected due to incorrect bank details, suspected fraud, policy violations, or insufficient balance. In such cases, the amount may be returned to the user’s wallet.
8. Administrative Rights
G-Favour Networking reserves the right to delay, suspend, or deny any refund or withdrawal request where misuse, abuse, or violation of platform rules is suspected.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users who initiate chargebacks without prior communication may have their accounts suspended or terminated. Chargeback investigations may result in permanent account restrictions.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
